With an emphasis on research methods, Psychology majors explore the discipline in five key areas – biological, cognitive, developmental, social, and clinical – and learn to apply their knowledge in a variety of real-world situations
About This Program
- Our Psychology program blends experiential learning with scientific knowledge. You will gain real-life experience with Psychology’s major concepts by doing fieldwork in the local community or with social service organizations.
- We offer a joint BA/MA accelerated degree program designed to be completed one year beyond your BA degree. If accepted into this program, you will start graduate coursework at Claremont Graduate University during your senior year.
- Learn from Psychology faculty who are continuously conducting research. You’ll have opportunities to engage with your instructors’ ongoing projects for valuable firsthand research training.
